What is Loopback?+
Loopback is a verified interview feedback platform. After any job rejection, candidates send a feedback request through Loopback and we email the recruiter on their behalf with a structured 60-second form. Candidates receive honest, structured feedback and build a verified interview history over time. Companies can browse verified candidates through our talent marketplace.
How do I request interview feedback after a rejection?+
Sign up for free at joinloopback.com, go to Send Request, enter the recruiter's email address and the role you applied for. Loopback sends a professional, structured feedback request on your behalf. Most recruiters respond within 3-5 days. If they don't respond within 5 days you can send one reminder.
Is Loopback free for candidates?+
Yes. Loopback is completely free for candidates, forever. There are no hidden fees, no premium tiers for candidates, and no limits on feedback requests.
Why don't recruiters give interview feedback?+
Most recruiters want to give feedback but don't because of time constraints, legal concerns about discrimination claims, and lack of structured tools to do it efficiently. Loopback solves this by providing a structured 60-second form that makes it fast and legally safe for recruiters to give honest feedback.
What is a Live Resume?+
A Live Resume on Loopback is a verified professional profile built from real interview data. Unlike a traditional CV which is self-reported, your Live Resume contains verified feedback scores from actual interviewers, peer references from colleagues, and your interview history across multiple companies. It updates automatically as you receive feedback.
What is a verified interview history?+
A verified interview history is a record of your interview performance backed by real feedback from actual interviewers. Each entry shows the company, role, stage reached, and verified scores across skills like communication, technical ability and problem solving. Companies can see this history when browsing the talent marketplace.
How does the company talent marketplace work?+
Companies on a Growth plan can browse candidates who have built verified interview profiles through Loopback. Candidates are shown with their verified scores, skills, experience level and salary expectations. Companies can filter by role, location, score and experience, then message candidates directly through Loopback.
What is the Loopback company leaderboard?+
The Loopback leaderboard ranks companies by their interview experience scores, based on feedback from real candidates who have interviewed there. It measures feedback response rate, interviewer professionalism, communication quality and process fairness. The leaderboard is public and free to view.
How do peer references work on Loopback?+
Candidates can share a unique peer reference link with former colleagues, managers or teammates. The referee fills in a structured form rating the candidate on specific competencies. These verified references appear on the candidate's public profile and contribute to their overall profile score.
How does Loopback differ from LinkedIn?+
LinkedIn profiles are entirely self-reported — anyone can write anything. Loopback profiles are built from verified data from the other side of the table: real feedback from actual interviewers and colleagues. Loopback scores cannot be faked because they come directly from recruiters and hiring managers, not from the candidate themselves.
What countries does Loopback support?+
Loopback is available globally with particular focus on the UK, Europe and the United States. The platform supports GBP, EUR and USD and uses CV or Resume depending on the user's location.
How much does Loopback cost for companies?+
Companies can join Loopback for free and access limited features. The Growth plan costs $299 per month and includes full marketplace access, direct candidate messaging, advanced filters, team seats, and company profile management.
