By accessing or using Loopback, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Loopback provides a platform that enables job candidates to request structured feedback from recruiters following job application rejections. We process feedback through our review process to structure and anonymise responses.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
Candidate accounts are free. You retain ownership of your profile data. You control what information is visible on your public profile. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time.
Company accounts require a paid subscription for marketplace access. Free tier allows feedback response only. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected.
Feedback submitted through Loopback is reviewed by Loopback to remove personally identifiable information and legal risk. Recruiters agree that feedback provided is honest and professional. Loopback does not guarantee the accuracy of feedback received.
Your use of Loopback is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. We are GDPR and CCPA compliant.
You may not use Loopback to harass, defame, or harm others. You may not submit false or misleading feedback. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our platform.
Loopback is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Loopback after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes by email.
