We collect information you provide directly: name, email, job title, work history, salary expectations, and interview feedback. We also collect usage data such as pages visited and features used.
We use your information to provide the Loopback service, send feedback requests on your behalf, process and structure feedback through our review process, and improve our platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Feedback submitted by recruiters is processed by Loopback to remove personally identifiable information, legal risk language, and defamatory content before being shown to candidates. We retain raw feedback data for 90 days then delete it.
We share anonymised, aggregated data with company accounts in the marketplace. Individual profile data is only shared according to your privacy settings. We do not share data with advertising networks.
If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your personal data. You can exercise these rights from your account settings or by emailing privacy@loopback.io.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of sale. We do not sell personal information.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove all associated data within 30 days.
We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. We use Supabase for data storage which is SOC 2 Type II certified. We conduct regular security reviews.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser but this may affect functionality.
We will notify you by email of any material changes to this privacy policy. Continued use of Loopback after changes constitutes acceptance.
